Unistage at the Education Innovation Show

The show: what’s it all about?

In fact, our reputation in the education is second to none – which is why we’ve been invited to exhibit at the Education Innovation Show. The show, which is in its third year and free to attend, displays innovative ideas in education.

It aims to educate and inspire teaching professionals on how technology and innovation can enhance the learning experience. And as well offering a whole host of innovative exhibitors, the show also has a number of features new for 2015.

These include:

The Tablet Village – This will be showcasing how tablets can enhance the learning experience. Experts will be on hand to answer any questions on challenges you may be facing and on topics like BYOD.

The Sen Hub – This area will feature the latest products and solutions for Special Educational Needs.

JRS Tech Bar – The team here will be giving advice on how to install and support Apple technologies in your school.

The E-Safety Clinic – This live advice centre will be offering tips on how to deal with the safety of students online.

Unistage taking centre stage

The team here at Unistage have been involved with the Education Innovation Show for some time. Since we’ve gotten involved with the show, we’ve exhibited along with some of the best education innovators, as well as supplied all the staging for the speakers.

We’ll be carrying out both these roles again this year as we supply the Central Debate Stage for sponsors Discovery Education.

On the Discovery Stage you’ll find some excellent speakers, one of whom is Vic Goddard, the Headteacher at Passmores, a school who use Unistage products and whom were the focal point of the Channel 4 series Educating Essex.

In some ways, the show draws many comparisons to Bett – the largest innovation show for the education industry in the UK. But as the Education Innovation Show is more local to Unistage, it allows us to continue to work closely with any professionals who show an interest in our products at the show.
